$300 per unit, per week of stay, due one week following actual booking to be applied to balance. |

A credit card imprint is due upon arrival as security deposit.

Cancellation: |
Cancel 30 days prior to arrival for refund ($100 cancel fee for cancellation once deposit is received). If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, entire amount is forfeited. |

Check-In: |
After 4:00 pm. There is a lock box outside our office for after hours keys pickup. |

Check-Out: |
9:00 am. There is a key drop slot in the door to the right of main entrance. |

Minimum Stay: |
7 days in most buildings; see individual property listings for exceptions. |

Pets: |
No pets allowed in most buildings.

Departure Fee: |
$90 -$125 includes cleaning, startup toiletries, and local telephone. |

Parking: |
One space per unit. Additional parking in limited guest spots and at municipal parking lots. |
